At Crossinn Studio, returns and exchanges are accepted only for damaged products or size issues.

• Request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

• Item must be unused and in original condition.

• Customers are responsible for return and exchange delivery charges.

• Refunds or exchanges will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
